Manages the long-term direction and goal/priority setting process.
Partners with Global Finance on business forecasts, resource planning, budgets, and financial reporting packages.
Establishes and manages key oversight and communication processes that enable effective and efficient management of the business.
Manages, prioritizes, and facilitates the appropriate use of information, measurement, and analytics in business unit decision processes.
May manage Global Product Group initiatives related to demand management, organizational design and change management communication initiatives.
May manage Global Product Group's risk/compliance processes in partnership with Corporate Legal/Compliance/Finance.
You have experience reimaging, developing, and managing business processes and team operating models with superior results.
You are naturally collaborative and can build strong teams.

Temporary positions in the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
$185,107-$314,682 ‎
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.

Leads and manages the strategic and annual business planning processes for the Global Product Group.
Drives and manages the annual goal setting process and outlines the specific near-term objectives/initiatives to support the strategic plan.
