This is a two-part role - you'll host live trade-in events at Sporting Goods Retailers across the region, and manage your own SidelineSwap business account where all the gear you buy gets sold.
Think of it as running your own sports resale business with the backing of an established brand and a team behind you.
Acts like an owner, and has a basic understanding of financial metrics so that you can use data to drive future business decisions.

Enjoys interacting in-person with customers, building relationships with partners, and motivating part-time staff.
