About the role
- Operator 1 is responsible for Sort & Pack Operations including lessor skilled work than that of Labor Grade 5 on the shop floor in compliance with IATF 16949 Standards.
Responsibilities
- Able to troubleshoot manufacturing issues in order to maintain quality standards.
Requirements
- Must be able to measure parts using micrometers, calipers, and other similar devices.
- Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned.
Nice to have
- Manufacturing experience a plus.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Excel.
- BPCS experience a plus.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills
