About the role
- We advise and represent a diverse client base that includes both U.S.-based and international companies, investors, and institutions.
- Our work regularly involves complex corporate and securities matters and insurance defense and coverage matters, general corporate governance and advisory work, and sophisticated business litigation.
- Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Responsibilities
- Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
