About the role

Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance through testing (unit, integration, and UAT) and monitoring.
Participate in Agile processes including sprint planning, estimation, and documentation.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration solutions for both batch and real-time processing.
Build and optimize data solutions using Snowflake, including advanced features to support large-scale analytics workloads.
Develop complex SQL and PL/SQL scripts, procedures, and data transformation logic.
Implement data ingestion and processing frameworks using tools such as Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and Snowpark.
Architect and support secure, cost-efficient AWS-based data platforms.
Contribute to data modeling efforts, including dimensional modeling, slowly changing dimensions (SCDs), and fact table design.
Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting to optimize queries and pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

7+ years of experience in data engineering, data management, or data warehousing.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake.
Advanced proficiency in SQL development and performance tuning.
Experience supporting testing cycles and production-ready deployments.
This role requires deep expertise in modern cloud data warehousing, strong SQL development skills, and hands-on experience with Snowflake and AWS technologies.

Strong expertise in AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, EC2, Glue, Lambda, Redshift or similar).
