About the role
- The Contracts Manager position is responsible for negotiating and managing business class / enterprise telecommunications services, and other service agreements on behalf of our multi-family property clients.
- This position works directly with service providers and is a great fit for those with analytical skills, business acumen and a strong "figure it out" factor.
Responsibilities
- You vet client with vendors for existing provider agreements You review surveys completed by our clients to understand their needs You review and interpret existing agreements to capture key terms You identify opportunities with vendors for new and/or competitive proposals You prepare detailed proposal summaries for client presentations, including financial projections You negotiate business and financial terms of proposals You proof draft contracts You manage a high volume of projects and tasks for a growing B2B business
