Works with physicians and other providers to develop efficient schedule templates, ensures that schedule changes are appropriately completed and tracks clinic cancellation statistics.
Develop preliminary staffing schedules.

Associate's degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university.
Ability to adjust communications to fit the needs and level of understanding of the receiver.
Ability to coach and motivate team members.
Ability to demonstrate customer service skills in interactions with all patients, families and staff, including high volume and stressful situations.
Ability to plan, direct, train, supervise and evaluate the work of subordinates.
Ability to provide leadership and influence others.
Ability to solve problems and identify solutions.
Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area.

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.
Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Minimum to Midpoint Range (Hourly): $43.56 to $56.63
