Calm and consistent under pressure, with the strong judgment required to balance delivery speed against architectural quality.

Proactively identify risks and escalate them early, improving team processes so that our delivery becomes faster and more predictable.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of software engineering experience with prior experience formally leading developers, managing teams, or owning end-to-end technical delivery.
Active daily use of AI-enabled coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code) to accelerate development workflows and increase throughput.
Active Google Cloud certifications, or willingness to obtain within one month of joining.
Curiosity, experimentation with latest technologies, and bias for action.
U.S. Citizen Preferred Qualifications Experience scaling engineering teams in high-growth startups or professional services companies.
Background in managing teams working on AI/ML pipelines, LLM tooling, or Web3/blockchain integrations.
