Responsibilities
- Independently develop and enhance features, solutions, and services based on partial definitions
- Lead the team in resolving complex incidents, analyzing root causes, and driving improvements
- Guide and support team members with technical challenges, contributing to their growth and development
- Establish key metrics to identify software issues, propose solutions, and drive resolution

Requirements
- an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience
- 6 years of related experience
- Workiva employees are required to undergo comprehensive security and privacy training tailored to their roles, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

- Strong proficiency in computer science fundamentals, including knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented software design, functional programming, and cloud-based distributed systems
- Expertise in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Go, Python, etc., enabling you to contribute effectively to our tech stack
- Skilled in debugging complex systems or applications, with a keen eye for identifying and resolving issues
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests

Compensation
- $129,000.00 - $207,000.00 ✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
- The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
