About the role

  • Reporting into senior marketing leadership, you will act as the maestro behind the content engine, coordinating creators, managing production workflows and calendars, tracking performance, and helping scale the brand's presence across multiple platforms.
  • This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in content operations, creator coordination, community engagement, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of organic social media across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Discord.
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure content is delivered on schedule and aligned with key product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, creators, and cross-functional partners to support broader business objectives.
  • Operating at the intersection of fashion, internet culture, and digital storytelling, organic content plays a critical role in how the brand connects with its audience and drives growth.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media, content management, community management, or social growth roles.
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving measurable results.
  • Experience working within DTC e-commerce, consumer brands, fashion, streetwear, lifestyle, or creator-led businesses.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, short-form video performance, audience growth strategies, and content optimization.
  • Experience managing creators, content production processes, or creative partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret platform data and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Genuine interest in internet culture, digital communities, streetwear, anime, or fandom-driven brands is considered a strong asset.
  • What Success Looks Like:
  • 30 Days: Fully absorbed the brand identity, built workflows with internal creators, and understood historical data/what makes content perform.
  • 60 Days: Effectively managing the content calendar across all platforms and delivering stable, platform-aligned output.
  • 90 Days and Beyond: Spreading your wings to help execute high-performing content alongside the in-house and freelance content creators that drives noticeable lifts in follower growth, impressions, and web traffic.

Compensation

  • Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and training.
  • This range reflects base salary only and does not include eligibility for bonus program or other benefits.
