About the role
- Master's de gree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related discipline appropriate to the position.
- Experience and/or strong interest in working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD), including autism, learning disabilities, ADHD, and co-occurring mental health needs.
- Must submit licensing documentation and successfully complete a criminal background check and pre-employment medical examination.
Responsibilities
- Deliver developmentally appropriate counseling to youth and young adults ages 16-25 with IDD, focusing on emotional regulation, coping skills, communication, crisis intervention, and transition-to-adulthood support.
- Maintains employee file with current documentation.
Compensation
- $75,000-85,000 annually
