Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple product lines - including Digital, Print, Video, Virtual Events, and Custom initiatives - ensuring alignment with strategic goals and uncompromising delivery standards
- Use AI tools to improve project tracking, risk identification, status reporting, and team communication - building AI-assisted workflows that increase capacity and reduce manual overhead across the PM function
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve standardized project management practices that drive consistency, efficiency, and quality at scale
- Develop and manage complex project timelines across cross-functional teams, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers - and driving solutions before they become delays
- Lead internal and external status meetings, delivering clear and confident updates on progress, risks, and key performance indicators to stakeholders at all levels
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with shared service teams including Studio, Creative, Ad Operations, Content, Marketing, Events, Copy Edit, and Circulation - ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality outputs
- Drive adoption and effective use of project management platforms - including Workfront - for tracking, communication, and reporting across the team
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, managing workload allocation, performance, coaching, and professional development with a focus on accountability and growth
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and team performance over time
- Proven experience leading and developing direct reports, with a track record of building accountable, high-performing teams
Requirements
- 5 or more years of project management experience with demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- You actively use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or AI-powered project management platforms to improve how your team plans, communicates, and executes - and you can speak to the measurable impact
- Proficiency in Workfront or similar project management tools, and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- How you have introduced or scaled AI tool adoption across a team or function
Nice to have
- examples of AI-driven workflows, templates, or systems built to improve project execution at scale
Compensation
- $85,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
- Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role.
- Compensation will depend on factors including educational background, skills, and professional experience.
