- Responsible for coordinating activities to ensure project tasks are accomplished within the prescribed time frame.
Responsibilities
- Provide regular updates to partners on the progress of support, services, platform enhancements and updates, timelines, operations, and promotions
- Develop and maintain an understanding of customer needs, contract terms and conditions, and account requirements to ensure compliance with terms and conditions in collaboration with account managers
- Owns the relationship as the trusted partner with partner stakeholders, soliciting regular feedback and responding proactively to establish a strong business relationship
- Develop open and effective channels of communication with each partner
- Coordinate internal projects and determines the best utilization of resources to increase partner satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including academics, operations, and other private school team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintains a deep understanding of partner contracts
- Incumbents will follow any other instructions, and perform any other related duties, as assigned by their supervisor.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Web proficiency.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time.
- Certificates and Licenses: None required.
- Ability to interact with a diverse customer base
- Team-oriented with an ability to work effectively across the organization to solve complex issues
- Ability to work autonomously and to demonstrate strong time management and organization skills
- Ability to respond appropriately to feedback, mentoring and coaching
- Ability to pass required background check
- Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.
- Knowledge of the K-12 education industry
- Familiarity with education technology and online learning solutions
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a results-oriented atmosphere while demonstrating resilience
- Ability to exercise and develop negotiation skills to renew and grow existing business
Compensation
- Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level.
- We anticipate the salary range to be $18/hr to $23.40/hr.
- This rate is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors.
