You will be responsible for ensuring your warehouse meets site-level metric goals.

Recruit, lead, coach & retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads (3+) and Operations Associates (6+).
As a leader, you will be responsible for building a strong, positive culture and will be accountable for driving strong employee satisfaction scores.
You'll partner with your Shift Leads to effectively delegate daily tasks and ensure high performance from your team.
You'll own scheduling and be responsible for managing a labor budget.

You're a proven leader.
You have managed high-performance teams of 10+ employees
You are a data-first problem solver, and you have experience using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data, including using basic formulas and creating pivot tables.
You have a college degree, or relevant professional work experience
You have flexibility in your schedule.

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$64,800 - $95,300 USD

DashMart is a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, offering customers household essentials and other items to their doorsteps with speed, reliability, and quality.
