About the role
- As a Clinical Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Cranial Technologies within your territory, building strong relationships with pediatric practices and advocating for the life-changing benefits of the DOC Band® for treating plagiocephaly and EarWell® for correcting infant ear shapes

Responsibilities
- Build and Manage a Territory: Strategically manage relationships in your assigned territory, driving patient referrals to the Cranial Technologies clinic in your territory.
- Strong initiative and independence in building and managing your own territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- State-issued REAL ID compliant license or equivalent TSA accepted travel documentation required by start date

- experience in medical or referral-based sales is a plus.

- Competitive Compensation: Highly attainable, uncapped monthly compensation plan with a potential of over $110,000/year ($95,000 at plan with $10,000 sign on bonus)
