Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing legacy build and deployment workflows to identify inefficiencies and replace manual gates with high-speed automation.
- Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines that incorporate automated testing and security scanning.
- Implement robust logging and alerting to ensure developers get immediate, actionable feedback on their builds.
- Partner with engineers to solve problems as they arise, balancing technical rigor with the agility needed in a high-growth environment.
Skills
- Transition manual setups into reproducible code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure Clarity Over Complexity.
- 3-5 years in DevOps or SRE with a proven track record of migrating or upgrading legacy pipelines.
- Deep expertise in industry-standard tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS or Azure DevOps.
- Panopto may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in our recruitment and evaluation process.
- This may include analyzing resumes, assessing skills, and generating insights to help identify qualified candidates.
Compensation
- $155k-$175k
