Responsibilities
- Drive performance through clear communication, disciplined execution, and proactive risk management to deliver successful outcomes.
- Build and sustain trusted partnerships, communicating program progress, risks, and strategic priorities to ensure transparency and alignment across all levels.
- Support capture and proposal efforts by shaping RFP responses, technical narratives, and pricing strategies.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in program/project management within Agile software development or IT systems integration
- General knowledge of managing programs in DoD, IC, or Federal civilian agencies (FAR, DFARS)
- General knowledge of Program financials (RFPs, ROMs, ETCs, contract types, and SOWs)
- General knowledge of contract management and compliance (DCMA, DCAA)
- General knowledge of Managing Indirect Rate Structures (G&A, overhead, fringe)
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC frameworks
- Experience working within or alongside organizations with a Cyber Operations mission

- We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee complex software development programs supporting federal clients in the Washington, DC area.
- The ideal candidate brings 6-10 years of experience managing technical programs from inception through delivery, with demonstrated expertise in Agile leadership, program financial management, contract execution, and stakeholder engagement within a classified environment.
- This role will manage the full program lifecycle, including proposal support, execution oversight, budget management, risk tracking, and contract compliance, ensuring successful delivery aligned with organizational objectives and client expectations.
