About the role

  • The Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator acts as a leader within the department/unit through improving clinical research practice and serves as a resource to others.
  • This at-will position is wholly or partially funded by contractual grant funding which is renewed under provisions set by the grantor of the contract.
  • Employment will be contingent upon the continued receipt of these grant funds and satisfactory job performance.

Responsibilities

  • ​Assist with or plan and implement the clinical study's goals and objectives
  • ​Develop and implement study procedures, maintains study records, tracks study progress, and conducts quality assurance on study data collected.
  • ​Maintain working knowledge of current protocols, and internal SOPs.

Requirements

  • Required Documents:

  • Motor Vehicle Record Inquiry Required

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma required.​​
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.​
  • ​Nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting preferred.
  • ​Phlebotomy and/or intravenous line placement experience preferred.
  • ​Clinical research experience preferred.

Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to access computer programs and use or learn basic computer operations. ​

Compensation

  • $31.25 - $38.00 The included pay rate or range represents the University's good faith estimate of the possible compensation offer for this role at the time of posting.
