About the role
- As an Audio-Visual Technician, you'll play a critical role in supporting enterprise audiovisual systems, unified communications platforms, hybrid meetings, executive presentations, and high-profile events.
- You'll work directly with end users and stakeholders to ensure every meeting, presentation, and collaboration experience runs smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Map software to network drives and transfer large files across storage platforms.
- Perform basic video editing, including cutting, titling, audio adjustments, and codec management.
- Provide professional, face-to-face customer support while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- As an Audio-Visual Technician, you will provide advanced support for a variety of audio and video technologies while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and environments.

Nice to have
- Associate degree from an accredited two-year college or technical institution, plus one year of related experience

- As an Audio-Visual Technician, you'll:
