About the role

  • The Accounts Payable Staff Accountant is responsible for reviewing and processing invoices both manual and through invoice-reader software, maintaining vendor accounts, and helping ensure the company can meet its payment obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate vendor files and payment records.
  • Support audit requests by providing documentation and records.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-2 years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have
