About the role
- The Accounts Payable Staff Accountant is responsible for reviewing and processing invoices both manual and through invoice-reader software, maintaining vendor accounts, and helping ensure the company can meet its payment obligations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate vendor files and payment records.
- Support audit requests by providing documentation and records.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-2 years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have
- Preferred Skills Experience with invoice processing Some knowledge of ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
