This role is responsible for executing high-accuracy operational processes, including payment exception handling and legal request processing such as liens, garnishments, bankruptcies, subpoenas, data pulls, and other legal inquiries.

As a Payment Operations Analyst, Assoc, you will play a key role in supporting both payment operations and legal operations workflows that protect BILL, our customers, and our partners.

Review, validate, and complete payment and legal requests with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring appropriate documentation, tracking, and timely resolution
Monitor queues and service levels to ensure time-sensitive legal requests and payment operations tasks are completed within required deadlines
Ability to exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive customer and legal matters

Familiarity with processing liens, garnishments, bankruptcy notifications, subpoenas, legal holds, or similar request types
Experience with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and/or Microsoft Office
