- This role is responsible for executing high-accuracy operational processes, including payment exception handling and legal request processing such as liens, garnishments, bankruptcies, subpoenas, data pulls, and other legal inquiries.

- As a Payment Operations Analyst, Assoc, you will play a key role in supporting both payment operations and legal operations workflows that protect BILL, our customers, and our partners.
Requirements
- Review, validate, and complete payment and legal requests with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring appropriate documentation, tracking, and timely resolution
- Monitor queues and service levels to ensure time-sensitive legal requests and payment operations tasks are completed within required deadlines
- Ability to exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive customer and legal matters
Nice to have
- Familiarity with processing liens, garnishments, bankruptcy notifications, subpoenas, legal holds, or similar request types
- Experience with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and/or Microsoft Office

- $26.49 - $31.49 USD
