About the role
- Reporting to regional leadership for projects and capital investments, you are responsible for the governance, strategic direction, and delivery of a portfolio of major industrial projects.
- You ensure disciplined execution by balancing EHS, costs, schedules, quality, and value creation, while harmonizing practices across sites and contributing to the evolution of the major projects program.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic decision-making (including FID) and challenge business cases
- Lead and engage multidisciplinary project teams across multiple sites (Quebec / U.S.)
- Lead risks, issues, and change management with robust mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- MBA or Master's degree (asset)
- 12-20 years of experience managing major industrial capital projects (multi-million CAPEX)
- Experience with EPC/EPCM projects in complex, high-risk environments
- Strong knowledge of execution models (EPC, EPCM, multi-package)
