About the role

  • Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on obtaining reasonable confidence that financial statements are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and issue reports that reflect your findings.
  • You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards.
  • You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Managing client relationships and expectations to deliver quality service and insights
  • Reviewing and verifying financial documents to validate accuracy and compliance
  • Developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.
  • Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality.

Requirements

  • Demonstrating proficiency in Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards
  • What You Must Have
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience

Compensation

  • Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
  • All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

  • $99,000 - $252,450.
  • $99,000 - $297,000.
