About the role

  • In this role, you will be directly responsible for pipeline creation, funnel efficiency, audience strategy execution, and total performance accountability.
  • As a leader, you will oversee and mentor a high-performing team consisting of our Demand Generation, Events, and Lifecycle Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Connected Ecosystem Architecture: Design and optimize the interconnected journey that takes someone who has never heard of us, turns them into a high-intent lead, guides them through the sales close, and continuously nurtures them throughout their lifetime as a customer.
  • Quarterly Growth Plans: Develop and execute the quarterly growth blueprint, setting clear pipeline and conversion targets that align with overall business goals.
  • Audience Prioritization: Partner closely with Product Marketing to translate audience insights into targeted, high-yield marketing strategies.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Build and oversee a cohesive, omni-channel campaign strategy that cuts through the noise and engages prospects at every stage of the buyer's journey.
  • End-to-End Funnel Performance: Own the marketing metrics from top-of-funnel to revenue (MQL - SQL - Pipeline - Revenue). Continuously diagnose and fix funnel leakage to improve conversion rates.
  • Marketing-Growth Alignment: Maintain a lockstep relationship with the Sales organization, ensuring consistent lead quality, shared pipeline goals, and tight feedback loops that help close deals faster.

Nice to have

  • 7+ years of growth/demand generation marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams (Edtech or B2B experience preferred).

Skills

  • A proven track record of partnering successfully with Sales and Product Marketing teams to achieve shared revenue goals.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Compensation

  • $112,000-$140,000 determined by your experience
  • We ensure equal pay for equal work, using consistent salary bands based on market benchmarks, reviewed annually.
