About the role
- You will serve as an Inventory Management Specialist in the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) All Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) positions are in the excepted service.
- This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
- This job will close when we have received 50 applications which may be sooner that the closing date.
Requirements
- Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
- Experience managing an inventory of ordnance program.
- Experience with small arms weapons and ammunition.
- Experience managing The Explosive Safety Program(s).
- Experience serving as the vehicle coordinator and evidence custodian for the command.
- Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
- Experience assisting and managing an inventory of ordnance program.
- Experience handling small arms weapons and ammunition.
- Experience with all Arms Ammunition and Explosives requirements and managing the equipment.
Compensation
- $69k-$109k
