You bring strong product management expertise - defining strategy, building roadmaps, translating business needs into product requirements, and guiding initiatives from concept through delivery and ongoing operations.
You manage vendor and partner relationships, including product governance, contract alignment, and external roadmap coordination, while partnering with IT and Architecture on feasibility and integration.
You own product outcomes - defining success metrics, driving user adoption and change management, and continuously improving product performance through data and insights.
You influence without authority, build alignment across business and technical teams, and facilitate informed decision-making at multiple levels of the organization.

You have knowledge of financial services, asset management, or sales and distribution processes, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.

Temporary positions in the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
$141,648-$226,637 ‎
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.

You have 10+ years of experience leading enterprise product management or product strategy, with demonstrated ownership of vision, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.
