Requirements

  • Strong ability to foresee potential challenges, mitigate risks, and resolve issues swiftly to keep projects on track.
  • A deep understanding of customer needs, with the ability to ensure product and technology solutions align with both internal goals and customer expectations.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts and the ability to engage with engineering teams to understand technical challenges, priorities, and dependencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management or equivalent field.
  • 3 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Strong ability to foresee potential challenges, mitigate risks, and resolve issues swiftly to keep projects on track.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of customer needs, with the ability to ensure product and technology solutions align with both internal goals and customer expectations.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with technical concepts and the ability to engage with engineering teams to understand technical challenges, priorities, and dependencies.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong ability to adjust priorities and tactics as needed.
