Responsibilities
- For instance, you will help triage bug fixes on the prod environment, and support DevOps and Customer Enablement teams in troubleshooting issues with customer data, SSO, or sFTP.
- Guide the design and architecture of all new solutions.
- Establish, apply, and audit design principles and coding standards to ensure robustness and HIPAA compliance.
- Partner closely with the Product team to translate business requirements into a technical roadmap.
- Drive project progress via JIRA and take accountability for engineering velocity and documentation quality.
- Be relentless in ensuring that we deliver high quality software and maintain/extend the tooling that tests, monitors, and scales our systems.
- Lead a small team of security and IT professionals to maintain IMPaCT's strong security stance, ensure continued SOC2 compliance and successfully complete security reviews for large-scale customer organizations.
- Lead the execution of our EHR interoperability.
- Lead the execution of our Data and Reporting Architecture/Infrastructure Own the technology budget with a builder's mindset, prioritizing investment in what compounds and cutting what doesn't.
Requirements

- You have a strong security mindset.

- Experience with building and supporting cloud-hosted, microservice architectures.
