About the role

  • Invenergy is North America's largest privately held developer, owner, and operator of power infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and interview plans
  • Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies
  • Screen and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer process while ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and support reporting on recruiting progress and results.
  • Support career fairs, networking events, presentations, and local/community outreach as needed
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and interview plans; provide consultative guidance and timely communication.
  • Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies; share market insights and recommend adjustments to improve candidate flow and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Two (2+) years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience using an enterprise applicant tracking system (ATS) or Human Capital Management (HCM) platform
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing requisitions, deadlines, and stakeholder needs
  • Previous experience with partnering with trade schools, trade programs, community colleges, veteran groups for recruitment
  • Experience participating in recruiting process improvement initiatives

Nice to have

  • Preferred Skills
  • Workday or other enterprise HRIS/HCM experience a plus
  • Experience supporting compliance-focused recruiting environments (e.g., OFCCP) a plus

Compensation

  • $74,000.00 - $95,000.00 USD Annual
  • The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position.
  • Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
  • In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance.
