About the role
- Signature Closers, part of the Stewart family of companies, is seeking a Client Service Representative who provides Nationwide title, closing, settlement and appraisal solutions for mortgage lenders.
- Responsible for the assessment and valuation of based on Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) guidelines, federal and state appraisal laws.

- Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided
- Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team
- Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload
