About the role

You'll be on the front lines with our new clients, working with a wide variety of companies (anything from the local plumber to the nationwide robotics firm), helping them set up and launch their new 401(k) plans.
Process-driven and people-focused - you are organized, friendly and flexible.
You will be accountable for hitting key performance metrics, identifying and escalating operational blockers to consistently launch a high volume of plans while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a member of the onboarding team, you will support the setup and launch of our new clients' 401(k) plans here at Human Interest!
Actively follow onboarding workflows to increase velocity, remove bottlenecks, and drive operational excellence.

At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position.
We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for the role described in this job posting is $93,000-$95,000 which includes a base salary of $63,000-$65,000, and a variable target compensation of $30,000.
The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience.
At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package.
Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered.
