- The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills and is able to work well independently as well as on a team.

Skills
- Four-year college degree is required
- Knowledge of administration of tennis programming and/or tournaments, preferred
- Experience with Serve Tennis tournament platform, preferred
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience with volunteers, required
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills with an attention to detail, required

- State to State within the Midwest Section (Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio)

They will train and educate tournament directors, parents, and providers on USTA Tournament Regulations, Serve Tennis, and best practices.
