Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills and is able to work well independently as well as on a team.
  • Must be willing to work occasional hours outside of the regular work schedule.

Skills

  • Four-year college degree is required
  • Knowledge of administration of tennis programming and/or tournaments, preferred
  • Experience with Serve Tennis tournament platform, preferred
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience with volunteers, required
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills with an attention to detail, required
  • Environmental Conditions - Amount of Time
  • General office environment
  • Outdoor weather conditions - Under 1/3
  • State to State within the Midwest Section (Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio)
  • Occasional National Meeting Trips

They will train and educate tournament directors, parents, and providers on USTA Tournament Regulations, Serve Tennis, and best practices.
