About the role
- include automating data workflows, supporting diverse file formats (such as flat file, XML, JSON, X12, Excel, and Parquet), and utilizing APIs for seamless data import and export.
- Automate SFTP file transfers and handle various data formats (XML, JSON, X12, Excel, Parquet) using Python.
- Integrate with APIs using Python for data import/export.
Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced T-SQL for database design, optimization, and complex queries.
- Design, implement, and optimize ETL processes with Python scripting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, document processes, and use Git/Github for version control.
- Design, develop, and maintain data architecture using T-SQL, ETL, and Python scripting, focusing on automating data workflows, diverse file formats, and API integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in T-SQL development, ETL processes, and Python scripting for data manipulation and automation.
Nice to have
- Preferred Skills: Experience in data visualization using Tableau, strong problem-solving, ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, and excellent communication skills.
Compensation
- $60k-$70k
