  • This position is remote with preference given to those who can travel to our Campbell, CA office periodically.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to scope and prioritize product roadmaps, based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, pricing, and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Drive the product team to achieve high performance and develop a strong product culture within the organization.

Nice to have

  • Solid understanding of Open Source and OpenCore related business models.

Compensation

  • The base pay range of this position is $175,000 to $250,000 USD annually.
  • In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in the Company's bonus program with a target bonus opportunity of 10% of base salary biannually, subject to the achievement of individual and Company performance objectives and the terms of the applicable Company bonus plan.
  • Please note that the provided range reflects the pay spectrum for positions within the same job category as the one to which this position belongs.
  • The final offer will consider various factors, such as location, education, and prior experience, to ensure a comprehensive and fair compensation assessment.
  • Expected Posting Timelines
  • This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, a maximum of 90 days.
