- The Staff Counsel will provide a broad range of legal services and strategic advice to departments and business units across the Company.
Responsibilities
- Support disputes and litigation matters, including pre-litigation investigation and risk analysis
- Partner with outside counsel; coordinate strategy, gather documentation, and assist with discovery and deposition preparation
- This role will support the management of litigation matters while also handling general legal activities, including the evaluation, drafting, and negotiation of contracts, particularly Master Service Agreements.
Requirements
- Ability to learn and understand the business and operational functions of the Company in order to analyze and advise on litigation risk and assist in the management of litigation
