Responsibilities
- Direct and motivate a high-performing team to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
- Serve as primary strategic lead for the team and line of business.
- Establish and maintain target list developing client relationships.
- Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
- This position operates in a blended role; recruiting top talent ( " candidates " ) to fulfill open client job orders while establishing and developing client relationships.
- This position will collaborate with business stakeholders, business leaders and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and timely.
