About the role

  • This position will work at onsite at our customer facility in Franklin, TN.
  • Understands all service offerings and can recommend based on customer strategic needs
  • Handles escalations and comfortable with tough customer conversations

Responsibilities

  • This includes visiting the clients on a regular basis (as needed), providing support, reporting, and KPIs associated with the client, and partnering with operations teams to meet strategic initiatives and continuous improvement ideas.
  • The Lead Strategic Customer Success Partner is responsible for project management and is expected to utilize the strategic customer success playbooks to develop an account plan to meet both customer and Uber Freight objectives.
  • Manage portfolio of $2M+ net revenue
  • Design and creates opportunities for cross-sell/up-sell
  • Owns MBR/QBR design - more custom, complex slides; start from scratch.
  • Should independently own decks with little support.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years experience in a customer facing role within transportation/logistics
  • Experience having financial responsibilities (cost savings, net revenue, P&L) for a managed book of business
  • Experience creating reports in Excel or Google Sheets

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or other related fields
  • 8 years logistics and transportation experience
  • Manhattan and SAP experience
  • Experience presenting to Senior Leadership
  • Account management experience
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI
