About the role

  • FreeWheel is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FreeWheel Account Manager to join our FreeWheel Supply team.
  • Proactively and reactively troubleshoot issues with deal delivery and performance across programmatic and IO-based deals.
  • Focus on tactical strategies to improve setup and performance of programmatic deals, reducing the time from deal execution to transaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted expert in clients' business objectives for FreeWheel's supply products, partnering with premium publisher partners to ensure optimal utilization and understanding of our systems.
  • Own the execution of strategies pitched and closed by the Supply Strategic Relationship Owner.
  • Centralize performance feedback, document replicable solutions, and support cross-functional teams with best practices.
  • Provide weekly insights into supply performance to premium publisher partners, identifying trends and potential opportunities for additional yield.
  • Maintain the continued trust and confidence in FreeWheel's supply products by delivering white-glove service.
  • Collaborate with Product, Product Commercialization, and Supply Operations to support process rollouts and knowledge transfer.
  • Attend weekly account calls and lead office hours, providing training and support to publisher partners as needed.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze and interpret data to make strategic decisions.
  • While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic media, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply-side platforms (SSPs), ad serving technologies, and the programmatic advertising landscape.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and other relevant analytical tools.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing programmatic campaigns is a plus.

Compensation

  • Targeted Commission: $36,857.00
  • Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
  • Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
