Responsibilities
- Disaster Recovery: Develops, maintains, and supports backups and disaster recovery for the systems maintained by Enterprise Platforms.
- Documentation: Develops and maintains proper departmental documentation, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of team documentation.
- Device Support: Demonstrated understanding of supporting a large number of devices in a complex and diverse environment.
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with other technical resources to analyze, maintain, and administer enterprise systems and solutions.
- Maintain documented (e.g. Disaster Recovery) procedures for Windows Infrastructure.
- Collaborates and contributes with team members, software vendors, and other technical and non-technical staff to develop, design, implement, and continuously improve systems.
- Works closely with other System Analyst and other technical resources to analyze and maintain applications and provide network administrative functions.
Requirements
- The Associate is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity, such as preparing and analyzing data and figures
- Ability to research, analyzes, and resolves problems effectively to meet established performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in the highly complex computer hardware and software environment to address risks, vulnerabilities, and misconfigurations.
- Provides guidance to Administrator Associates as required.
- Must be able to interpret equipment status indicators to determine appropriate operating condition.
- Must have good balance and coordination.
