Responsibilities
- You will develop CNC programs and perform precision machining in a strictly regulated nuclear environment fully compliant with ASME NQA-1 Quality Assurance requirements.
- You will own the creation of the part from program creation through delivery to the manufacturing line.
- How You'll Contribute Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for mills, lathes, and other equipment to fabricate reactor components.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to resolve technical issues, optimize processes, and ensure full compliance with Aalo's Quality Program.
Requirements
- Applicants must be U.S. Citizens or U.S. Persons in compliance with 10 CFR Part 810 and may not hold non-compliant foreign citizenships.
- Minimum 4-6 years of combined experience in CNC programming and precision machining in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in multi-axis CNC programming and hands-on operation of CNC mills, lathes, and mill-turns.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and GD&T.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (required due to nuclear facility access and export controls).

- High school diploma or GED required
- technical certificate, associate degree, or formal apprenticeship in CNC programming/machining strongly preferred.
