About the role

- This role is for a designer who not only produces high-quality visuals, but also enjoys bringing brand and campaign stories to life from concept through execution, with the judgment and initiative to shape work along the way.
- The ideal candidate is a highly skilled designer who is energized by turning complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of design and content strategy experience
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in a creative agency or in-house environment
- Proven ability to take projects from concept through final execution
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and ability to work independently
- Ability to work across formats, including social, web, motion, and print
- Experience designing for campaigns or content series, not just one-off assets
- Comfort working in collaborative, fast-moving environments with evolving inputs
Skills
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
- After Effects and/or Premiere
- Experience with interactive design tools like Figma
- Experience with project management tools like Asana

Compensation
- Paid sick time and personal time annually
- This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of approximately $80,000 to $85,000.
