About the role

  • This role is for a designer who not only produces high-quality visuals, but also enjoys bringing brand and campaign stories to life from concept through execution, with the judgment and initiative to shape work along the way.
  • The ideal candidate is a highly skilled designer who is energized by turning complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of design and content strategy experience
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in a creative agency or in-house environment
  • Proven ability to take projects from concept through final execution
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work across formats, including social, web, motion, and print
  • Experience designing for campaigns or content series, not just one-off assets
  • Comfort working in collaborative, fast-moving environments with evolving inputs

Skills

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
  • After Effects and/or Premiere
  • Experience with interactive design tools like Figma
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana

Compensation

  • Paid sick time and personal time annually
  • This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of approximately $80,000 to $85,000.
