Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings and trips.
- Manage and triage inbound communications.
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, communications, and other materials.
- Thea Energy is seeking an ambitious and resourceful executive assistant to join our team and help us build the future of fusion energy.
- As an executive assistant, you will provide critical support across a variety of operational tasks.
Requirements
- The company is reinventing the stellarator using computer-controlled arrays of planar coils thereby replacing the intricate, complex modular magnets required in all other stellarator architectures.
- Bachelor's degree or greater.
- Arrange trips, events, team meetings, and offsite activities as required.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of work experience as an executive assistant.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Highly structured and process-driven, with a speed and execution mindset.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Startup experience strongly preferred
- comfort with ambiguity, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive, self-directed, and solutions-oriented.
Compensation
- Salary range $115,000-$155,000
