Responsibilities
- Provide support to the capital allocation, budgeting and planning process
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company's financial information systems including the ability to write financial reports and make inquiries for data
- Create specified ad hoc reports, graphs and charts of financial data
- Develop and update models to provide analysis for various financial conditions related to Asset and Investment Management, Accounting and Operations
- Ability to create and design general marketing pieces for in-house production
Requirements
- Ability to underwrite investment, establishing monthly rental rate, property value and required capital investment
- Provide backup to Accounting when required
- Monitor and evaluate financial and operating results on a periodic basis as required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, Mathematics or a related field
- 0 to 2+ years of experience in extensive, detailed data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency utilizing Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and basic OS tools
Nice to have
- Quantitative degree or supportive coursework preferred
- 0 to 2+ years of experience in residential asset management or institutional real estate
- Single family preferred
- Proficiency in a programming language (R or Python preferred)
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is: $78,075.00 - $135,330.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
