Responsibilities
- As a Director, Business Integration, your work at Tegria will focus on leading enterprise integration initiatives that align systems, processes, data, and reporting capabilities to improve operational efficiency, support business growth, and enable effective decision-making.
- This role partners closely with Finance, IT, and business leaders to implement integrated business processes, improve data quality, and deliver scalable technology solutions that support organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- Has extensive related experience, typically 8-10 years, which includes:
- Proven experience with ERP implementations and system integrations
- Experience with data governance frameworks and analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Skills
- Coordinate implementation of integration tools, APIs, and middleware solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, automation, and reporting capabilities.
- Coordinate activities across Finance, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates, recommendations, and issue resolution to senior leadership.
- Performs other generally related duties as assigned.
Compensation
- $140,000 - $190,000
