- Developing and maintaining the integrated execution plan, governance framework, milestones, timelines, and reporting.
- Supporting program level presentations and reports that clearly summarize status, issues, implications and recommendations to key partners to inform and communicate decision making.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 2 years Scientific and/or Operations and/or Business (i.e. Management Consulting) experience
- Master's degree and 4 years of Scientific and/or Operations and/or Business (i.e. Management Consulting) experience
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years Scientific and/or Operations and/or Business (i.e. Management Consulting) experience
- Associate's degree and 10 years of Scientific and/or Operations and/or Business (i.e. Management Consulting) experience
- High school diploma / GED and 12 years Scientific and/or Operations and/or Business (i.e. Management Consulting) experience
Nice to have
- Strong background in biopharma with a focus on strategic problem solving and transformation
- Experience leading or participating on an M&A Integration Management Office (IMO), product team, enterprise PMO, or comparable cross-functional strategic execution organization.
- 3+ years of management consulting and/or strategic project management experience, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from strategy through execution
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skills
