- We are seeking a Maintenance Trainer (Mx Trainer) to support our Manufacturing organization in Fremont, CA.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting automated equipment
- Strong understanding of:
- Proven experience with automated manufacturing tools and equipment
- Ability to read and use precision measurement instruments
- Experience delivering technical training or mentoring others
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across teams
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Partner with HR and Safety teams to coordinate required compliance training (LOTO, safety, etc.)
- shift role, with flexibility required to support training across alternate shifts, including nights, as needed.
Nice to have
- A continuous improvement mindset focused on raising technician capability and equipment performance
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with training systems / LMS platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and work instructions
- High School Diploma or GED required (technical certification preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Flexibility to support changing shifts or schedules
- Ability to work both on the floor and in a training/classroom setting

Compensation
- $87,800.00 - $126,200.00
