Responsibilities
- We deliver unmatched reliability, sustainability, and time-to-power advantages in a world facing increasing energy demand and scarcity.
- Develop and maintain structured training programs for Front Shop and Back Shop maintenance functions
- Create and manage training schedules, including onboarding, cross-training, and upskilling plans
- Maintain accurate training records and certification matrices for all Maintenance Technicians
- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop standardized work instructions and training materials
- Shadow and certify trainers/technicians to maintain training readiness and backup support

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting automated equipment
- Proven experience with automated manufacturing tools and equipment
- Ability to read and use precision measurement instruments
- Experience delivering technical training or mentoring others
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across teams
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with training systems / LMS platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and work instructions
- High School Diploma or GED required (technical certification preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Flexibility to support changing shifts or schedules
- Ability to work both on the floor and in a training/classroom setting
- A hands-on technical expert who can troubleshoot equipment and teach others effectively
- A continuous improvement mindset focused on raising technician capability and equipment performance
