  • We are seeking a Maintenance Trainer (Mx Trainer) to support our Manufacturing organization in Fremont, CA.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting automated equipment
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Proven experience with automated manufacturing tools and equipment
  • Ability to read and use precision measurement instruments
  • Experience delivering technical training or mentoring others
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across teams
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Partner with HR and Safety teams to coordinate required compliance training (LOTO, safety, etc.)
  • shift role, with flexibility required to support training across alternate shifts, including nights, as needed.

Nice to have

  • A continuous improvement mindset focused on raising technician capability and equipment performance

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with training systems / LMS platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and work instructions
  • High School Diploma or GED required (technical certification preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Flexibility to support changing shifts or schedules
  • Ability to work both on the floor and in a training/classroom setting

Compensation

  • $87,800.00 - $126,200.00
