About the role
- As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be a part of the team that works with our customers in issuing invoices, receiving payment from customers, collecting when necessary and working with customers to resolve any issues around the invoicing.
- We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated professional who is ready to join our team.
- Focus: high-volume, routine processing and accurate follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of customer accounts
- Support audits and provide documentation
- Maintain documentation in the AR system/Shared Excel sheet
Requirements

- Send invoices, statements, receipts, and payment confirmations
- Monitoring accounting emails, phone calls
- Monitor assigned aging reports
- Send standard collection reminders
- Communicate directly with customer AP teams
- Follow up on missing remittance information
- Research simple unapplied cash items
- Resolve basic customer questions about invoices, balances, and payment status
Skills
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Understanding of basic accounting skills.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) skills.
- Excellent math and data entry skills.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
