About the role
- Position:- Senior Azure Data Engineer/Technical Lead w/MS Fabric
- Location:- Plano, Texas (90% Remote) – 3 days in the office a month
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise data solutions utilizing Microsoft Fabric.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Fabric Data Factory and Data Pipelines.
- Design and support Fabric Lakehouse architectures supporting enterprise analytics and AI initiatives.
- Develop data transformation and processing solutions using PySpark, Python, SQL, and Fabric Notebooks.
- Create and maintain Semantic Models to support enterprise reporting and self-service analytics.
- Implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) data layers to support governed and reusable data products.
- Develop scalable ingestion, transformation, historization, validation, and monitoring frameworks.
- Build and maintain scalable Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) data pipelines.
- Create robust ETL/ELT processes using PySpark, Power BI, Python, and SQL.
- Design and maintain governed data products, fact tables, dimensional models, and curated datasets.
