About the role
- CPI Security, a leader in security and automation systems is hiring a Commercial Sales Manager for our team in our Wilmington, North Carolina market.
- This individual will be responsible for profitable growth and strategic planning to grow the business solutions department.
Responsibilities
- Manage the assigned sales force and ensure awareness and training regarding products, services and selling skills in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop strategies with team on how to grow customer base
- Exhibit foresight in recognizing potential problems and develop solutions to overcome obstacles and close deals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to have
- Proficient in Sales CRM (Salesforce a plus)
Compensation
- $100,000 to $150,000 annually
