About the role

Exercises judgment in evaluating financial data, industry trends, and borrower risk factors to provide recommendations.
In many cases, the individual is a key member of a deal team responsible for structuring new loans, leases, or credit servicing requests.
Analyzes financial information including balance sheets, income statements and cash flows of potential borrowers to ascertain credit worthiness.

Collaborates with internal stakeholders to analyze financial data, assess risk, and develop credit recommendations that align with Association policies and risk tolerance.
Partners with Commercial and Capital Markets Relationship Managers, Special Assets Officers, and Loan Administrators to conduct data analysis and risk determination for large commercial and agribusiness credits.
Independently performs simple to moderately complex credit analysis work on loans and leases, applying financial expertise to assess credit worthiness and mitigate risk.
Partners with Commercial and Capital Markets Relationship Managers, Special Assets Officers, and Loan Administrators in analysis, servicing and reporting of the Association's loans and leases.
Develops and administers lending programs, as well as developing and revising operating procedures relating to lending operations.

Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Requires proficiency in oral and written communication.
